my switch 2 and ultimate team

sorry guys, i have an ultimate team account on my playstation linked on my ea account, i recently bought fc26 switch 2 version but when i try to link it to my ea account it says that the connection has interrupted. i tried multiple times to restart my switch 2 but it keeps not working. help me please

Just to check, are you having connections issues like this with other games on your Switch, or only with FC 26?
