Same here. Contacted them every day since Toty launch. They made me do everything. From providing screenshots from the payment tho contacting Playstation. I’ve contacted EA like 14 times already. I provided screenshots, cleared my cavhe, reconnected my router, contacted psn. And havent got anything. They keep saying it’s a worldwide issue and that I should wait but I’m very sceptical whether I’m going to see those points ever again

Hey Darko. Just from the eafc fc point section. After that I paid with apple pay. I’m on ps5. I’ve done every single step the ea help center gave me. From uploading screenshots to restarting router. I even contacted playstation and I cleared my cache as well. Nothing worked out. I’ve been waiting almost
