But there wasn't any issue with the code. I was able to redeem them in the EA App and it said that the code was redeemed successful. When talking to the EA Support I recieved a response that there's not anything missing from my account (which is wrong) and when talking to the live chat I was told that this is a issue which multiple people are having.

1 day agoSorry if you were misinformed spyroooooooooooo but if you purchase points from unauthorised retailers and there are issues then our team cannot assist you. A lot of these sites sell codes purchased with stolen credit cards and these codes get disabled.
All we can do is recommend that you speak with the retailer as there is nothing we can do to assist further.
