New start after unfair ban

I was banned last week for an unknown reason. I've reported and appealed support a few times, but I haven't found a solution. I only play in Clubs mode and sometimes use VPN apps for my job. I think that's why I got banned. Whatever the reason, I don't think we'll be able to resolve this. I re-purchased the game with a different Steam account. I created a new EA Play account and logged into the game. I spent about an hour preparing a character for Clubs, rejoined my old team, and exited the game. A few hours later, I saw that my new account was banned again. I can't find any reason or logic behind this. I want to buy this game again and play it, but I wonder if EA banned my hardware. Can I get some information about this?
