No ban on account but game access restricted by anti-cheat (cannot play at all)
Hi,
I want to clarify that my EA account is NOT banned, but my game access has still been restricted.
I have already checked my account status, and it confirms that there is no ban or suspension on my account. However, after a sudden anti-cheat error, I am now completely unable to access the game.
This happened while I was playing offline career mode and simulating matches. I have never used cheats or any third-party software, and I was not playing online at all.
Before this, the game was crashing frequently, and I had even requested a refund. Later, the game started working properly, and I was able to play career mode, so I decided to keep it. Then this anti-cheat issue happened, and now I cannot play the game at all.
I contacted EA support earlier, and they initially asked me to wait. I replied to them, but since then I have not received any further response.
So to be clear:
My account shows NO ban
My game access is still restricted
I cannot even play offline modes
Support is not responding
Has anyone else experienced this type of issue where there is no ban but access is still blocked? Is this a known anti-cheat bug, and how can it be resolved?
I would appreciate it if this could be properly reviewed instead of being redirected to ban-related articles, since this does not appear to be a ban case.
