Try below. It worked for me.
Windows 10
Press the Windows key + I to open Settings.
Click on Network & Internet.
Select Status from the left-hand menu.
Scroll down and click Network reset at the bottom of the page.
Click Reset now, then confirm by clicking Yes.
Your computer will restart, and your network settings will be reset to their defaults.
