No premium season pass with ultimate edition

Hi,

I used the ea play pass to play the early access for 10 hours from 19th. Then I purchased the ultimate edition on the 27th. 

The FC points appeared right away. The premium season pass is locked - I can  purchase it for FC points or coins, but the ultimate edition was supposed to come with the free premium season pass. 

I tried multiple things, logging out and back in, logging out of the companion app, deleting file storage from the game (both console and cloud), clearing console's cache, changing the language in the game (currently unlocalized in english). Nothing works, the premium pass is still locked.

I've seen numerous reports of that and none of the advice from EA seems to work for most people. Will we get some actual help from EA? We paid for this.
