NO Rivals Rewards despite 30pts upgrade requirements met for rewards in div 6.

the option of rivals doesn't even appear in web app as a competition to claim. no coins gained since yesterday i just straight up got nothing! absolute joke ive been quitting and restarting the game, tried playing more rivals to see if they came after and nothing, please can someone help me out
