not all of my fc 25 points transferred over

Hello,

I redeemed a code for FC points on FC 25. Afterwards I wanted to transfer my points over to FC 26, but unfortunately the points didnt't fully transfer over.

I would very much appreciate it if the remaining points could be transferred over to FC 26,
