not being able to open my save file

So basically, whenever I try to go on to my save file it doesn't show the name and when I click on it, it says error please try again later, this has been happening for past 3 days ive tried everything even ai so I am really confused and I want to know how to fix this as soon as possible, if anyone can help it would be very appreciated.

Hey spencerhvine. It seems that your old save file was damaged in some way. Try making a copy and deleting the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 26 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.)
