Not joining league issue

Hello EA Team.

I'm facing a serious issue in FC Mobile. I'm unable to join any league because whenever I try, the game shows an "Unknown Error (1000)." This started happening right after I uploaded my profile details in the game

I have already checked my network connection and restarted the app, but the problem still continues. This error is stopping me from playing the game properly and affecting my overall progress.
