Not letting me claim rewards

I have premium season pass and i thought the bug would go away but it isn’t and it say I need -2950 sp to earn a reward in season progress if anyone knows how to help let me know because I can’t claim the reward I’ve paid for

Did you recently purchase the Premium Pass?

Please try restarting the game; restarting your Xbox might also help. Sometimes that's all it takes.

Let us know if your Season Pass reward is still showing that negative SP cost afterward.
