Not letting me go back into free trial. I have ultimate edition and ea play.PS5.

I have ea play and I am trying to go on my 10 hour trial I have the ultimate edition I was originally on it for 6 minutes it says and now it is not letting me in. It says “ Cant use this content. You’re using this content on another console. It will take some time before you can use this content on this pe5 either your license “. I am not using it another another console and my license and in licensing should be fine what is going on ? I got ea play for the trial to get on it earlier and now it’s not working .?
