Not receiving free hero pack

Hello. There was a free hero pack in december, and even tho i did logged in on the console, on UT, i did not receive the pack, however i tought that there was a problem but didn’t make it a big deal. Now theres a free honorable mention hero (i think this is the name) and i have been playing everyday for the past week and haven’t received the free hero again. I would like to receive it, i’ve watched every opponent bring one hero card that allways makes the difference.
