Not receiving the link reward for Twitch and YouTube

Hello EA Technical Team, I previously linked and unlinked my YouTube and Twitch accounts from my EA account, then re-linked them again.  However, I am not receiving any rewards from EA FC Pro or Yo...

Hello,

Drops aren't active at the moment on Youtube and watching a replay from a previous event won't trigger the objective. It has to be live.

Take a look at the FC Pro Calendar, you will notice that the next one will be on the 25 & 26 February. There will be a livestream and you will be able to redeem the objective then.

I have watched all of them live and stil haven’t got a single pack in return, I did get the reward for linking my twitch and YouTube account so clearly I have linked it properly yet I don’t get any rewards
