Ultimate team server is down
Unable to open any pack on my ultimate team at the moment or evos I’ve got from the pass is there anyway ea can sort this because it says I have a server issue

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Apologies for the frustration. What exactly is happening? Are you only disconnecting when opening packs or is it happening at other times as well? What platform are you playing on?
Yeah when I log in on fc26 loads up then disconnects sometimes then when I open packs too and on Xbox

Are you disconnecting in matches? If so, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score. Thanks!
I really don’t get what’s going on with my ea server cause like a week ago it was fine, so my evos are stuck in my unassigned items when I keep clicking them it doesn’t. It just says try again later I don’t know what else to do at this point and I’m on Xbox. And my connection score is really low but I’m internet says it working fine so it’s the ea server
