Not receiving winning points

I played 2 rival games, won both of them but i receive both times a loss. Is there a solution for this?

  • Hey IxStarr​ know how frustrating this can be, but unfortunately, when issues like this occur, we are not able to change the outcome of the result. 

    Generally, if you are getting the loss, then this is a result of network or connection-related issues, so no harm in taking a look here and trying the various steps to improve your connection.

    When you are getting the loss, especially multiple times, then it can often point to a possible issue with your network or ISP.

     It will take you a couple of minutes but it should hopefully ensure that this does not happen again.

    Hey IxStarr​ not seeing server issues on our end over the last few days so likely network or ISP issues you are seeing.

    Great to hear that you are able to play without issue now.

    I have not changed anything, played 1 squadbattles en 2 rival matches after this topic. 1 draw en 1 win. Now I have 4 points. Couldn’t it be the servers? Anyways, it seems to be working now. Thanks for your response! I was wondering if the was a solution for this. I have proof, if needed.
