Objectives...

Hi EA, first of all, I'd like to congratulate you for making fc 26, ive bought the deluxe edition and I've really liked the game so far. But, what i wanted to say is that i've been having problems woth the objectives, most particularly the path to pro objective. I've completed the objective and yet it doesnt let me redeem it. Can you guys please help me?
