Off to a Flyer

I have recently completed off to a flyer and won the first 5 games, I am now trying to buy players and it still says I am restricted by the challenge!

is this because the challenge restrictions don’t come off or is it meant to stop so o can now compete in the transfer market?

I just wanted to play normal career mode and now I’m stuck where I can’t purchase players
