Ps5 fc26 keeps bugging even after restarts

This past week on ps5 my fc26 hasn't been working properly I try open something like ultimate team it gets stuck on the loading screen and then I have to close the application 3 or more times or restart the ps to actually get in. Once I'm in I will try go on sbc or the store or something and it will crash again or I go into a game gets stuck on the end screen so I then have to restart and it will give me a DNF.

I've checked if it's WiFi or overheating it isn't any of that.
