I recently have bought and installed the EA FC26 game on my laptop and I tried to play the game but it sadly has a very serious and annoying problem. The problem is, after a few minutes of playing and when I'm in the middle of the game, it suddenly stops and freezes completely with a very loud and annoying sound (like continuous buzzzz) and the whole system completely stops and I cannot do anything and nothing works at all. The only thing I can do then is pressing and holding the power button to shut down the whole system. It is a very annoying problem honestly and I tried so many things to solve this issue but nothing has yet been seem to work. For more information, my laptop is Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 AI (2025) with Intel Core Ultra 9 275 HX for CPU and Nvidia RTX 5060 for GPU and my OS is Windows 11. I have updated the GPU drivers (both intel integrated GPU and Nvidia RTX GPU) to their last version and I have almost tried all the possible ways that I've found on the internet including turning on 'Memory Integrity' and launching the game as administrator and Uninstalling and reinstalling the game completely and uninstalling and reinstalling the EA Anti-cheat app and also I've tried different settings for in-game graphics settings and still, the problem exists. I also want to add that I play other games (like the battlefield 6) without any problems.

PC Player: This is not new news at all, but I am completely fed up with the disconnection at end of games in squad battles... It is the only mode I play in FC26, apart from when the UT servers are down and then I play a friendly or player career on the rare occasion.
Its not fair that it then counts as a 3-0 loss... why can't the score line be kept in memory and then points awarded to the real winner. Its gruelling enough trying to win the Squad Battles on Legendary, and after so much effort to try finish in Elite 1, I get thwarted so often due to disconnection and then lose thousands of points. It undermines the whole week of effort in the 16 games one has to score points. Can EA please make an alternate plan for a disconnect, like try a different kind of setup where it recognises if its an EA issue, or if the player quits? Or make the game redundant and one can play it again. I know it is a tricky situation to manage as players may then try and abuse it, but at the moment the player that pays EA for the game is always the one getting penalised for every disconnect, and this is not fair at all.

EA, can you please fix your problems. They are your problems becoming my problems, and yet I am the one paying for these problems, its not a free game, it is actually ridiculous that this issue persists for so long over and over. It makes the whole game frustrating week after week, and becoming so frustrating that I don't know how to actually enjoy this game anymore. Its like I am just waiting for the disconnect.

I have made the game have administrator rights and all sorts to see if it helps... but one never knows when it will just give you a 3-0  loss.

The servers were maintained today and then I lose games due to server disconnect... great, what amazing maintenance you have done???

Find a solution not to the fact it will disconnect, but a more fair points system around it, making it a 3-0 loss when one is up in multiple goals after a stressful and tedious game is really the worst kind of reward for the effort.

As for the gameplay in FC26, it is more tedious than ever to gain possession, and the AI opponents seem to have rubber legs and heads that reach out at warp speed and get the ball from me, often slide tackling from meters into my player, it is so unrealistic and unfair... my players cant do that at all, no matter how I tray tackle and slide, so it seems that its not an equal ground either... So this, coupled with the disconnect 3-0 loss just makes this game very tiring and unrewarding overall.

Another point, I cant get any FPS showing, using Xbox Game tools, AMD GPU or Steam... its very backwards... For a PC player, we need to know this to setup the game, and figure out what settings cause lag etc. Why cant you allow this... I have tried so many things for weeks and not once can I get the FPS showing. This game makes my GPU fan go into overdrive, its so **bleep** noisy... never happened in FC25, so not sure what is going on, why is this game so unoptimised on so many levels?

Please, fix this, almost a week that i cant even play squad battles.
I'm losing so many of my evos, it's really frustrating give so much time, energy, and money to a game that can make an patch that breaks the game for your PC.

How is this problem still here? The FC26 cycle hasn't begun for PC players. That's how bad it is.
Requires some monumental compensation.

Can't play 1 online UT game without FPS drops, lags and disconnects.
Has been broken for almost a month now.

after the patch a problem that seemed to be solved came back, the problem was a really huge input lag in the commands, but I realized that the problem is not the input lag but that my game compared to that of the opponents is 5 seconds late, (I verified this thing in co-op, my friend from playstation was 5 seconds ahead of me, so I saw all my commands late), it is impossible to play, you absolutely must solve this embarrassing thing!!! bro i'll spam this for let you know this problem

To echo what I posted in the other thread.

I have found the cause of my specific crashing problem, the game would close to desktop shortly after launch/loading the main menu without any error code. But there are crashdump files in the users/appdata/local/easportsfc26 folder. These files all showed error code:

0xc0000005 - the instruction at 0x%p referenced memory at 0x%p. the memory could not be %s.

This error code indicates that the application (ea sports fc 26, or EA anticheat) was asking for more resources from my system than it was able to provide, so windows OS automatically kills the process. When I realised that I tried to change some settings in my laptop, I turned on high performance mode and the game no longer crashed after launch. then to dig a little more I tried changing the voltage of my CPU, the result was that a lower voltage made the game crash again with the same error. Then when I increased the power again the problem again went away. EA_Vendcera​ This particular issue is a game optimisation issue, something is wrong with the game or ea anticheat simply asking too much from the CPU causing windows to kill the process. IDK about other cases, but perhaps it is a low power CPU (laptop CPU) issue only? For reference I have an intel core i9-13900HX processor. Maybe others can chime in on this if they have the same issue. AND everyone! check your crashdumps file in the above mentioned folder and analyse them using WINdbg. Look for the line that says error code. Maybe your issue is the same as mine or maybe you have another error code. In any case this should help us find the problems. Frankly surprises me that the devs are not asking for there files from us!!!
