I bought the players and didn't get them.

I bought two players. The coins were debited, but they are nowhere to be found. I have already checked the club and the transfer list. This is the first time this has happened to me. The first time it happened yesterday, the second time about 40 minutes ago. what's happening? I just lost the coins. I am playing on pc

If coins were debited but the players don’t show up in your club or transfer list, it’s usually a sync issue with EA servers. Try restarting the EA App and game, check the Unassigned Items section, and clear the EA App cache. If they still don’t appear, verify via the Web/Companion App and then contact EA Support with the transaction details so they can trace and restore the missing items.
