One click store pack

I was scrolling through the store packs on companion and as I was scrolling through, it clicked on a pack. When you do this it should give an option to open or cancel but I did not get this and therefore lost 550k which is hours of grinding

    The same thing happened to me 2hours ago, i lost 450k and thats more than a week of the time that i spend in this game
