Re: Input delay and game lagging(after the first half) PC

Hello EA Support,

 

I am experiencing a serious issue with EA Sports FC 26 after the latest update.

 

Since the update, I am constantly being disconnected during matches. The game loses connection and kicks me out, which is resulting in unfair losses. My internet connection is stable and working fine on other applications, so this appears to be a problem on the game/server side.

 

This issue is making the game unplayable, especially in online modes like Ultimate Team.

 

Please investigate this issue and advise on a fix. I would also appreciate it if any unfair losses caused by these disconnections could be reviewed.

    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. I know those disconnects are very frustrating to deal with. Let's take a look at the quality of your connection. I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score.

  • Same here, 2 days ago all was be good, now cant finish any mistery ball match

    My connection is absolutely fine, this game keeps breaking constantly during every single match, the matches are getting completed once every 5-6 matches, it kicks me out during halftime or after the game's done, no matter i win or lose, dude fix your game!

    Are you sure you really know how frustrating these disconnects actually are to to deal with? 

    You couldn't even reply to the guy who actually posted the results you wanted, which i very well know that you don't care about. 

    So, why not just come out and say the truth? 

    There's no way to report issues in-game. EA removed the feature to report bad connection quality mid-matches. The error is a generic statement they flash the screen with. No clear direction or reason of the game crash. 

    "Unable to connect to the servers."

    Or "The EA Servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later."

    What does this even mean? How does it help me? 

    Moreover, how will this error 'flash' at the end of the 15minute game (rivals, rush, squad battles, or live events, the mode doesn't matter, it's an all online-modes-wide issue) , which i won, help me? Why does the game not crash during the match? Why right at the end, when I'm waiting for my rewards? 

    It's not that this game is easy, and you can just forget about it and play the next match; this game is sweaty, filled with desperate hackers, switching accounts mid game, forcing opponent's game crash and get the win for themselves. 

    Why would i continue playing this buggy mess, when my wins are forcefully snatched from me, and EA keeps saying that i disconnected from the last game, and forces me to hold 'X' to continue at the next startup? How does that help me!? I know for a fact that my network is not the problem, as other games never throw a server crash error, other games which require online connections, but this EA FC26 keeps crashing right after i win
