Ongoing Issues With Club Transfers & Duplicate Players in FC26

I am having a lot of trouble and would like to report the issue of same players coming up in club transfers in FC26. I have clicked a photo where it can be seen that Ronaldo is showing 3 times. Whereas when I am trying to transfer van dijk, salah, Mbappe, they are all getting transferred from Liverpool xi or Real Madrid xi and cannot be find in the original squads of these two in club transfers. I would like to write this professionally to ea sports team. I have also made a post earlier regarding the players not getting subbed if I transfer them from one team to another and that issue is still not solved.
