Online Matches Lagging Issue After Some Time on PC

So somehow FC 26 ultimate team on PC has this thing where every second half game is unplayable 

i was leading 3-0 against 9 men firat half but somehow lost the game 5-3 i couldn’t see anything second half and its been happening everygame 

whats going on EA ??

ontop of that controller doesn’t respond ingame in online games just works when playing against the AI
