Optimization and gamepad problems

I bought the game on my PC. During every match, it freezes everytime and i got fps drops. Also after first match my gamepad's control goes away. It runs on menu and lobi but it doesn't run in the match. I can not understand that why it's happening. I want to take refund and buy it on my xbox, but when i try to use your own refund system, there is no see any refundable game on my screen. I will add the screenshots. I also sent ticket yesterday about this situation, however i can not see my tickets from your 'my cases' button. It says there is no any case that was made by you. But i sent 2 tickets.
