PC - Controller stuck during game and in menus

Hi, 

I have issue during the game and in menus.

My controller (Dual sense Edge and Xbox Controller) suddenly stuck and not responsive and after few seconds back to normal.

During the game the latest command I do (run to the left for example) the player keep running while every button I press not responsive and after 5-10 seconds it work normal again.

It happening a lot during games and in menus as well.

Need solution for this issue so I can play normal and not struggle with such issue.
