PC - Stutter after transition to cutscenes

Specs:Rtx 4070ti super / ryzen 5800x / 32gb ramGame seetings:&nbsp;Fullscreen, 4k, 60fps, 60hz, Vsync on, all Gfx settings on Ultra + Raytrace...Game runs ok&nbsp; in gameplay, 60fps in 4k with no issues but after every transition to a cutscene such as a goal celebration theres a micro suttter, also game stutters after coming back from pause menu...Any fix for this?&nbsp;Thanks!

Anyone else having issues with this? I tried changing basically every config... doesnt matter what I do i keep getting these micro stuttering just after transition to a cutscenes and also after coming back from the pause menu.... So annoying.
