PC Controller input delay

Im having controller issues on pc, im using a wired xbox controller, 

it works fine in the menu, offline games, but in online games , it first stars of fine then after 5 seconds it gets serious input delay, like 5 seconds, ive tried two controllers not just one both wired, idk what the issue is, and my wifi is also fine 14 ping no apparent packet loss.
