PC CRASHES

So I just bought ea fc 26 and no matter what I play, every game I play, the software crashes around a quarter of the way into the game and it’s really annoying, so no matter what mode, online, offline, nothing but crashes and it’s not like I want a refund, I just want to play the game, I’ve tried repairing, lowest settings, disconnecting all my plugged in devices, closing all background apps and still nothing
