PC CRASHING PROBLEMS

Game's been out for what? 2-3 months? and yet almost everyday I am here to complain about pc just crashing and still no response from one single dev, sent tickets to EA, some been there for months unanswered. This is an absolute disgrace, y'all are legit criminals, robbing people of their money for something that doesn't work, I've just crashed 3 games in a row on fut champions, what kind of fun should this be?
