I found a better way to fix my problems on Amd Rx6600 and my 75 HZ monitor.

I'm actually leaving everything uncapped (full screen, no fps limit, no vsync, full frame rate Cutscene) and medium graphic quality ( this only fixes the lag after corner)

On the amd driver I'm just limiting fps to 72 (75 - 3). Of course Freesync has to be enabled on the monitor.

It feels really good now. Super reactive and no tearing. Try to follow this and let me know.
