PC Pro Clubs - Unplayable stuttering and input lag

The game runs perfectly fine in ultimate team. Zero issues.

However in pro clubs, the game is unplayable. 90% of the games I play in clubs have one of two issues:

• input lag so severe, actions are delayed by up to 0.5 seconds
• Stuttering / slow motion that starts during the intro cut scene for a game of clubs. It is only resolved after restarting my game. The framerate drops to ~2 frames per second.

I've been diligent with updating my drivers constantly, but still no solution. Has anyone else encountered this?
