[PC/Steam] Ultimate Edition - Crashing on Launch - All Fixes Failed

I am hoping someone from the community or the EA team can help me. I have been trying to play the FC 26 Ultimate Edition on PC (Steam) for over 24 hours without any success, and I have exhausted all support options.

This has been my experience:
1.  On the early access launch day, my game was stuck on "GAME NOT RELEASED" in Steam for about 10 hours.
2.  After that was finally fixed, the game now crashes on launch every single time. A black window appears for a moment and it immediately closes with no error code.

I want to be clear that I have tried EVERY possible solution, including:
* A complete, clean re-installation of the game (uninstall, manually deleted folders, re-downloaded).
* Verifying game files integrity multiple times.
* A clean installation of the latest graphics drivers.
* Clearing the Steam Download Cache.
* Running as administrator.
* Trying windowed mode launch options (-windowed -noborder).
* Disabling all overlays (Discord, etc.).
* Resolving an initial EA account linking issue.
* Uninstalling the EA Play trial version.

My PC specs are more than capable of running the game (i5-12400F, 16GB RAM, Windows 11). I have attached my DxDiag file for review.

At this point, the game is completely unplayable. My support tickets with both Steam and EA have been unhelpful. Has anyone in the community found a real fix for this startup crash? Is there any way to get this issue escalated to a technical team at EA?
