I own the full version on disc . Have tried uninstalling , restarting Xbox, trying to get help on ea but not getting anywhere
Similar issue on PS5. PS support has not been able to solve the problem. Been trying for more than two weeks. They canceled the trial subscription but still doesn’t work.
My son is having this same issue on his Xbox x, did you manage to get it resolved? Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, deleting persistent storage etc and nothing works. If I log him out and log in as his brother it works fine so is clearly something to do with his account rather than the game itself
ive figured out how to sort it... when the game loads click to play offline... then select pro clubs it will say it needs to connect online... then it should work fine

On PS5 the issue was solved through: 1) PS support discontinued the subscription (test version). 2) Deleting the game from the cart. 3) Accepting update.
Same issue here, also on Xbox, posted my own ticket earlier today. Think I'll try what another poster suggested about. Loading without connecting to the ea servers. Will update if it works. Edit, I can confirm that this did work.😁

For some reason my EA FC 26 want read the disc as it keeps going to game trial instead and I've used all the 10 hours, the only way it reads the disc is when I hard reset my Xbox witch is ridiculous, first I thought it was the disc so bought another one and sent the other one back but unfortunately the same thing happens again, I know it's not my Xbox as all my other Xbox discs load up with absolutely no issues, just my EA FC 26 and for it to happen to two different copies is very strange as I said all my other Xbox discs work absolutely fine, I'm finding this very frustrating and I've been buying ea games since 1996.
