Player left after I won and game disconnects me and counts it disconnect loss

It is very frustrating in a season 5 completionist cup, round of 8, scoring at 92 minute (3-2) and player quits (got the message player left the game) and after plenty of loading, game disconnects me and counts the game as disconnected (you can see my connection quality report, 19ms ping) and lost 0-3 and it shows he got the win!!!.

and now I have my 1 of my only 5 entries reduced for your technical issue.

I don't understand why bother sweating for 2 games and I will have to do that all over again, objectives not counted, play count is not increased.

Not to mention the hackers issues (all players locked in place), console players quitting (or switching profiles) after scoring counts as win for them, honestly frustrating.

It seems after coming back from FIFA 21, it is just waste of time and nerves to play this game. 
I really regret coming back to it, I wish I never purchased it.

I need to get my win back or refund ..
