Players missing after converting loan player to concept player

Hi, this morning I converted three loan players to concept players in FC26 Ultimate Team and now they have disappeared and my squad has reverted from ‘Spartik Thistle’ to ‘Wigan’, with the squad reverting to the original and club players being available but without the concept players. 

Please can you advise on how to change back or this be reversed. 

Im on XBOX Series X.
