Players not found black cards after complete re install l

I'm not sure but about 4 days ago lots of ly players are now black cards showing as not found lots I did through sbc that cost a lot of cards . I have done all steps suggested to fix the issues and even a full delete and re Install of the game and still they are all show as player not found black cards. ..  when is this going to get fixed and what compensation are you offering for a broken game again right at the end of the season when I want to use these evos on thos players . It has ruined my end game plan thanks ea for another disappointing season . This will be the last time I ever but fc . I will wait next year and forget. Ultimate team and wait for the game to be given away free
