Players not showing up in QSR

Approximately 35 hours ago I quick sold TOTY Pajor and Base Pele through companion app by mistake, plenty of times since then I have constantly checked my Quick Sell Recover in the app. I've tried on different devices, playing games then checking, and even reporting to EA with proof that I had them but they've gone missing and they've said "As I checked your case, please know that we are unable to make any change in your game." I've seen people say that it can take up to 48 hours, so I can wait till then and see, but only non-special cards are showing up in my QSR and I'm not sure what I can do to find & recover the cards. Not from any days is there a special card in my QSR at all.

Please help
