Playing online and wep app

Hello, I use a PS5 controller when playing games on my PC. There is no problem when I play offline, but when I play online in UT and Pro Clubs, I cannot move the controller. What is the solution? Today, I bought points through the web app. My account was deducted for the first time, but not for the second time. What should I do?please answered it send it to my gmail
