I contacted Sony support, and they told me to contact EA support; the problem is on their end.

Community ManagerHey Ahmed_9876321, any issues like this in a Sony tournament is something that you would need to address with Sony support.
We have no input or oversight over Sony tournaments and cannot make changes to the outcome of games.
Know it's not what you wanted to hear but it's just not something that we have access to.
