Playtest not opening

I got the gamepass today, which comes with EA play, so i could test the game before buying it, but it hasn't opened even a single time after installing. What could be the issue? Is it no available yet? (brazil). It only goes as far as the screenshot below.

My pc is pretty decent and had no problem with running FC 24 (i did not play 25, but i've upgraded it since 24). It also runs things like Red Dead and such with no major problems, so i doubt it is a pc issue in that sense. Please help, if possible.
