I have a few questions about your issue, if that's ok?
- How long have you had this, roughly?
- If you use a controller, do you have any other controllers you can try instead?
- If you don't, could you try using mouse and keyboard for a little bit, just to see if that's still causing issues?
- What other troubleshooting steps have you tried other than a clean boot and a reinstall?
