Please help me

Hi, please fix my problem, why i didn’t get my 2k points, icon pack and premium season pack? I paid for all that stuff for premium pack, but I didn’t get all that stuff, then i paid for what? Only for the early access.. i bought the game on 25th Aug.. please EA, just let me enjoy what i already paid.
