on what platform are you playing? Are you sure that you're also logged in via the correct account that pre-ordered the game and perhaps not just one with EA Play?
Do we not get their points when logged into the ea play early access trial?
i play on xbox and i only have one account. i preordered the game thru ea fc 25 menu that popped up before the menu appeared
As far as i can gather nobdy has the preorder stuff yet.
