ea fc 26 does not even open

i pre ordered ea sports fc 26 ultimate edition on steam and even subscribed ea play so i could play the 10 hour trial yesterday. during yesterday i could not open the 10 hour trial, but i tought it was a temporary problem that would be solved today when the full game was unlocked because i had ultimate edition. now trying again today, the game still does not work, neither opening through steam neither through ea app. i don't know what else i should do, kinda desperate because i paid 90€ for a game that does not work and i can't even get in contact with EA to get some help

EA_Pulsar​ it cant be real you are dont know what is happening again, like ps players playing the game since yesterday and we are here since yesterday, trying in to the game every minute and nothing happens, not one post from ea for example(we are working on that), we paid so much on this game,&nbsp; this is very unfair, and no one telling us that they are trying to fix it or something, ea fc 26= same as last years, bad optimization, bad everything..

I have the same problem&nbsp;Everytime I try to click on PLAY on Steam, the EA App opens and nothing happens

exactly the same here, and if i try to hit play on the ea app the app just re-opens and nothing else happens
