Pre order icon pack

I have pre ordered the game on 30th July and have recieved all my rewards apart from the icon pack, this is so FRUSTRATING as I have payed £90 for what! I have spoken to someone at ea and they don’t help that much EA NEEDS TO FIX THIS PLEASE
