PC crashes

Hello.

I have preordered the game and I could not play a single time since that. Every time I start the game, my PC freezes after spending 2-5minutes in the menu. I have to hard reboot my PC every time. My video drivers are up-to-date and my hardware isn’t the problem either.

CPU: i5 12th gen

GPU: 3060 ti

RAM: 16GB

Steam couldn’t grand me a refund of the game, so I expect to receive support here. I have paid money to play the game but I still wasn’t able to.
