I pre ordered and then see that I had a 10% off offer for loyalty. So I pre ordered it again thinking I’ll just cancel the other pre order. There’s no option to do it on my order history. Please help? 🙏

I can't cancel a pre-order as well. Want to buy another offer, but first want to cancel and refund the first one. There are no options to do it, neither in the refund tool, nor in the order history. The platform is a PC
